Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept an exchange for a credit note of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:
– the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe;
– items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
Refunds are only allowed if items are faulty.
For change of mind, we offer an exchange credit note.

Exchanging Your Item
Received your order and excitedly opened the package only to discover…
No need to panic, if you aren’t completely happy with your order, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or a Palm Collective Credit Voucher, within 14 days of the purchase date on the invoice. Simply follow the steps below and we’ll have you smiling in no time.

Do I have to Pay for Return Shipping?
For any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed. Return address is located in Dubai, U.A.E.
What if My Item is Faulty?
We’re so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please email our customer service team at email@example.com and attach a photo of the fault. We may replace the item if the stock is available or give you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.
Free Shipping Within U.A.E
If you are located within the United Arab Emirates, we offer local shipping by Quiqup courier. We deliver to Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
Dubai: 1 day
Abu Dhabi + Other Emirates: 2-3 days
For international customers, within the G.C.C we use DHL express. You will receive a tracking number when your goods are dispatched, in which you can use to track your parcel. Shipping usually takes between 3-10 days depending on your country.
You are responsible for any additional customs taxes/ fees that may occur when your order enters an international country. Yes we deliver to Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Bahrain, Egypt and more.
