If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
What if my Item is Faulty?
We’re so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please email our customer service team at info@palmcollective.com.au and attach a photo of the fault. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.
Shipping Within Australia
If you are located within Australia, we ship using Australia Post, with full tracking available. Packages are posted within 2 days, and take between 1-3 days for QLD, NSW and VIC customers, and 3-5 days for customers in W.A, N.T and S.A.
International Shipping
For international customers, we use DHL express. You will receive a tracking number when your goods are dispatched, in which you can use to track your parcel. Shipping usually takes between 3-10 days depending on your country.
You are responsible for any additional customs taxes/ fees that may occur when your order enters an international country. Each country has different laws regarding custom and custom taxes.

Fabulous style and fit
Love the style and fit of Altego Shirt dress. I got the XS as I prefer the look without the belt. But as an over sized shirt dress I believe it is true to size and if you want that look then don't size down as I did. I love the contrasting colours and although I also have the matching shorts/shirt set, it does look different in the dress so having both is fine.
